SafeSend Organizers and Gather - My Downloads

Situation: Users have reported that more items are being directed to their My Downloads folder than in the past. 

Bulk downloads will send items to the My Downloads folder, regardless of the My Settings selection. When multiple files or large files are downloaded, they are directed to My Downloads to allow the user to continue working while the files are downloaded in the background. 

Please Note: Download time stamps/statuses will not be applied until documents are downloaded from the My Downloads folder. 

Status: We have submitted an enhancement request to our Development team to see if this is something that can be changed. These requests are reviewed and, if accepted, will be implemented. These requests can take time to address.
