SafeSend Signatures-Remove Audit pages

We should be able to remove the audit page, and the verification, from a document that comes back through Signatures.

We need to upload elections with the return before they can be processed for electronic filing, like election statements or change of address forms.

As of now, we need to print the document to PDF again to remove the audit verification page, which is not required to be uploaded to taxing authorities.
