SafeSend Document Request-Download All

The fact that the documents download with each request item being in a folder makes this product unusable for us. If I request a TB, a Balance Sheet, and an Income statement, the fact that each file goes into its own folder with just one document in that folder is really unnecessary and cumbersome.
