Add spouse from Client Info or Client View
We make deliveries to the taxpayer for Gather, allowing the client to add their spouse as needed (many share an email). It would be great to be able to add spouse information and deliver to them when requested, especially with the navigation issues clients are having within Gather, and specifically so they can upload their own documents.

Hello Donna,
You can add the spouse's email address by using the Edit Client Info button in the action menu for the Gather request. The spouse's name must be included during processing for the firm or taxpayer to be allowed to add an email address for them. You can then use the Send Reminder button to send the spouse the access link.
