UltraTax Firms - is the new AI Automatic Voucher feature working for you?
SafeSend added a AI Automatic Voucher feature recently that is supposed to read the filing instructions/transmittla letters for payments that do not have a voucher. We are UltraTax users and that feature does not work. Client I'm working on right now as a balance due payment scheduled for auto withdrawal and SafeSend didn't pick it up from the letter. Wondering if it's just us or others too?

I haven't had any returns with payments due yet but I would hope that with this new feature it can now read EFT payments. I'll keep an eye out. Thanks for the heads up.
Still isn't working for us. We just started w/ SS and this is the most troubling thing we've seen. If a client is paying a tax due via a w/d from their checking account, the AI doesn't pull that from the filing instructions and it has to be entered manually. Same w/ estimates paid via an automatic pull from an account.
Same - it's also missing a lot of regular check payments too.
We just did a test run, and it worked! But it is a very slow process, you have to do settings for every voucher individually, and it's about 3 clicks per voucher, so it almost doubles my processing time.
