SafeSend Organizers-Finish Capability on all 3 Icons
Hello,
Please add the capability, that if a client uploads all their documents on the organizer itself, that the client still has the capability to hit "Finish" under the Upload Source Docs Icon. We do not download our documents until client has hit finish on all 3 icons as this assures that everything has been completed. What then has to happen is we wait until the client calls and wonders why the accountant has been in touch with them.

If documents have been uploaded during the Organizer step, the client can click Finish in the Source Document Upload step. As long as at least 1 document is present, they will be able to mark the document uploads as complete.
For Klaire's comment about not allowing the client to click Finish in the Source Document Upload step if the questionnaire/organizer is not complete, we have submitted this as an enhancement request to our Development team. These requests are reviewed and, if accepted, will be implemented. These changes can take some time.
Or that if a client clicks finish on the upload process it also prompts them to click finish on any steps that aren't complete!
This is a crazy thing in Organizers (last year people complained about it as well) - I can't believe SafeSend hasn't made a change yet.
