It would be really helpful if the list of documents that were requested, uploaded and marked n/a could be downloaded with the documents.

Thank you for your feedback! We have submitted this as an enhancement request to our Development team. These requests are reviewed and, if accepted, will be implemented. These changes can take some time.
This has been requested previously - hopefully it is already in the works!
We would like this as well.
