Time Out Feature
Why is SafeSend timing out in the middle of me using it? Previously it would log me out after not being in use for a good 20/30 minutes, but now I can be in the middle of reviewing a return or downloading from organizers and it will time out which is super inconvenient.

We have noticed this problem while downloading documents from Gather. It just randomly times out and logs us out even though we are actively using it. Very frustrating!
I would love it if firms could manage the time out feature because we've noticed it logging us out after 20 minutes, and that's way too short. Lots of other software systems allow this, and I wish SafeSend would too.
