Portal - Multiple Logins
Married couples are unable to "share" a portal.
If taxpayer 1 receives an IRS notice; there isn't a way for the spouse to log in and upload from the same portal. Taxpayer 1 does not even know if Taxpayer 2 has uploaded this to their portal or not.
This will result in either neither of the tax payers uploading something to us, or both of them uploading the same document - and we then have duplicate information.
Can an enhancement be made for more than 1 person log into a portal?

Thank you for your feedback! We have submitted this as an enhancement request to our Development team. These requests are reviewed and, if accepted, will be implemented. These changes can take some time to complete.
This has been an issue for us as well. I hope this will be resolved.
