Gather - Source Document File Names
When downloading some client packages, some file names are too long to extract. Can you change how you name the files so they are easier for extraction?

Thank you for your feedback! We have submitted this as an enhancement request to our Development team. These requests are reviewed and, if accepted, will be implemented. These changes can take some time to complete.
In the meantime, you can save the files to a shorter file path to get around this issue. When files are saved in nested folders, this increases the file path name length. Shortening that path will allow you to save the file.
The issue appears to be tied to the A1 reading the file relative to what is in the organizer. The system selects as an example 4 different files it could be with similar names and the file path becomes too long. The only way to download is to preview each file one at a time and save as PDF.
This very time consuming for complex clients with large number of files.
