Gather questionnaire keywords
I would like to see the option to add keywords in the Gather questionnaire. All of our 2024 organizers were delivered through Gather. However, we often need to deliver the prior year if it has not been completed and the organizer is requested. This morning we had a client who received the 2023 and 2024 Gather request and was confused when she was working on the 2023 request but some of the questions referred to 2024 in how we worded them. The ability to have the keyword for the year would have alleviated this issue.
What is the best practice for the questionnaire - make it generic enough to use from year to year, or create a new questionnaire for each year?

In general, we recommend that you update your questionnaires at the beginning of each tax season. If you would like to maintain past year questionnaires for situations like this, you may want to create a new questionnaire for each year. Alternatively, you could create a more generic version that could easily be used year over year.
We have many requests to allow users to duplicate the questionnaire, so hopefully, it is something we can add to the system. This should make the process much easier year over year. These requests are reviewed and, if accepted, will be implemented. These changes can take some time to complete.
