Extensions - Client able to sign extensions on their mobile device
Please allow clients to sign extensions on their mobile device. Clients are frustrated that they can sign their tax returns on their mobile device, but not extensions. SafeSend should be consistent and have the same capabilities on all their platforms.

Thank you for your feedback! We have submitted this as an enhancement request to our Development team. These requests are reviewed and, if accepted, will be implemented. These changes can take some time to complete.
Yes- we also had a lot of issues with this on Tax Day when things are very urgent!
Also, if the Extensions could be part of the "group" function
