Signature - keywords & declined emails

We sent our engagement letters out via Signatures this year and it has been great. However, we have had a couple of issues we would appreciate your consideration on enhancing.

1 - We have clients with multiple entities for which they sign engagement letters. It would be helpful for us to have the ability to add the clients name via Keywords in the subject line and the body of the email so they can easily identify which they are signing for from the email. Having multiple emails with no identifiers sometimes make them condense on top of each other in the inbox (I know in gmail) and they are not signing all of them. The identifier would at least make the emails show separately in their inbox.

2 - The declined email we receive does not have any identifying information other than a field name Signer: which contains an email address. It would be helpful if these emails also contain the client name and/or client number for easier identification.

Thanks for consideration!
