Safe Send Organizer Uploading of documents
I wanted to share some recurring feedback we've received from multiple clients regarding the Organizer interface. Several clients have expressed confusion when uploading documents—specifically:

When uploading documents either between Organizer pages or during the final step ("Upload Documents"), there is no clear confirmation that their upload was successful.

As a result, they are unsure whether their documents were received, often leading to repeated uploads of the same files.
Would it be possible to implement a confirmation pop-up or visual indicator confirming a successful upload? Additionally, if a client attempts to upload a file that already exists in the system, could the system alert them with a message such as:
“This document appears to have already been uploaded. Would you like to continue with the upload or cancel?”
This would greatly improve the user experience and help clients better manage their uploads.

Thank you for your feedback! We have submitted this as an enhancement request to our Development team. These requests are reviewed and, if accepted, will be implemented. These changes can take some time to complete.
We have gotten the same complaints
Yes! It would be so helpful to have a pop up confirmation that also alerts that the document already exists. Clients are confused and may upload the same document multiple times if it applies to more than one section of the organizer.
