Gather Email - Salutation Request
A client who receives Gather requests for multiple individuals commented on the lack of a salutation either in the email subject line or body. She was unable to discern which email belonged to whom, which meant extra time was spent clicking multiple links in order to find the correct Gather request. Having an identifying name in either the subject or body of the email would allow clients to quickly find the correct link without clicking them all each time they wish to upload a support file.

Hello,
Thank you for your feedback! I would recommend a System Admin on your account customize your email templates to include variables, like Recipient Name. This can be done in Gather by navigating to Settings > Client Instructions.
