Organizers - Initial Signer
We think it could improve the experience for our clients if either the taxpayer or the spouse could sign the engagement letter first without having to pick which one. We send out organizers in batch and can't spend the time to pick if the taxpayer or spouse should sign first on each organizer we send. Then when the spouse is the one who is responsive and wanting to do the organizer, they can't get into it until the taxpayer signs it first. If there is a way to not require one to sign before the other it would help a with a lot of confusion our clients have had and save us from receiving the phone calls because they don't think it is working. Thank you!
