Uploaded E File Authorization Forms - Unsigned
Is there a way for SafeSend to verify an uploaded 8879 or other e file authorization forms are actually signed? Clients frequently upload unsigned documents and/or typed in names that are not manually signed.

Hi Nanette, we currently do not have a built-in feature that would be able to verify the signature before upload, although I can see the benefits of implementing some sort of alert to the client that they uploaded an invalid signature. Thank you for the feedback!
