Gather - Include Save & Close Option in the Pop up with Confirm & Cancel
When clicking on Next in SafeSend Gather, it would be very helpful to include the Save & Close option in the same pop up as Cancel and Confirm. Clients are going to Confirm not realizing they cannot go back into the document upload or the organizer (clients rarely read instructions.) There should be three options all in one place: Save, Cancel & Finished.

Hi Nanette, thank you for this feedback. With our 10/27 product release, clients will now have the ability to continue uploading documents until the firm has selected to close out the request. If they upload new documents, the status will update to Uploaded so that you know there are new documents to download.
