Request for Client Nickname Variable option on Client Management
I would like to see a "Client Nickname" option as a Variable field that we can use in our message templates for clients. When a client sees their full name on an e-mail originating from my office it seems far too formal.
I'd love to be able to set up my templates to start out with something like this:
Dear <CLIENTNICKNAME>,
