TTC install causes Adobe to crash
During peak seasons, many of our TTC users experienced crashes in Adobe, especially working in large PDFs. After attempts to resolve with Support, we found the only solution was to uninstall TTC, which resolved the Adobe crashes. Interestingly, we don't have any problems in Adobe with TTC when things slow down. Support said the performance is not related to site traffic, so we're trying to figure out how to ensure TTC will work seamlessly when the next peak season arrives. We'd be interested to talk with anyone who experienced and solved this problem.

Hello!
Typically, for any issues with TicTie Calculate, especially program stalls or unexpected closes, we recommend submitting a ticket to Support. We can verify that all back-end installs are added and preferences are set correctly, and then collect data for our development teams if the issue persists. Some environments will inevitably interact with our program in unexpected ways, so that is the best way for us to ensure that we can get it corrected!
We experienced the same thing that you did. And we did the same thing - uninstall TTC. We were experiencing crashes and also losing information in large PDFs. Unfortunately, we are extremely gun shy to install TTC again so we will not be reinstalling it.
This happened to some of our users as well.
Any update on this? We are having constant issues with Adobe Acrobat Standard DC crashing, and it seems to be related to TTC. We've ensured both Adobe and TTC are the latest versions. Has support weighed in on this?
