SS Signature Documents - Signed PDF as Email Attachment (no login necessary)
When a client signs a document (ex: Engagement letter) in Signatures, we would like the email notification to include a copy of the signed document as a PDF attachment so we can drag and drop it into our file storage system without having to login to SafeSend to retrieve the signed file.
This is how DocuSign handles their signed document notifications.

Docusign allows us to get notified with the signed document attached in the email. This was fantastic and we are able to quickly process and log/document the signed documents. with SafeSend, we now have to create a process to login, and download, and then process the log/document. We would greatly appreciate having this feature (the signed document already attached with the notification email). Our work to process these client documents now just got longer and more labor intensive. sad-face.
I agree, this would be extremely helpful. However wouldn't that defeat the purpose of SafeSend in protecting our files from the unsecure email transmission? Would a direct link to the file that initiates a download work?
