Adding Merge Fields to Saved Messages in Signatures
Would love to have merge fields in the saved messages in signatues. We have clients who have multiple entities and it gets confusing when they receive 3 "sign your engagement letter" emails with no specifics on who it's for. We have had clients get confused and call us wondering what we sent or what it was for.

I agree - this is also why we aren't sending ELs via SafeSend mail merge when the same contact person is signing the ELs because there's no way to differentiate each email they would receive with the link to sign
