Gather Client Experience Video Needs Update
Hello,
I just went through the Gather Client Experience Video and noticed that slide 45 says "After clicking Finish, you will not be able to upload additional documents. Click Confirm to close the upload step." I believe that this has changed and that clients are now able to upload more items after they click "Finish". Because we send this video in our templated email it would be great to get this changed prior to the busy season. Thank you!

Thank you for pointing this out! You are correct. After our product release in late October, clients can still upload documents after selecting the Finish option.
This step has been removed from our Gather client tutorial video and Gather client experience articles.
