SafeSend Gather Best Practices - Close by Firm

What's New?

Clients can now freely navigate their Gather request, so they can easily move from one section to the next. 

Clients can continue to upload documents, even after they have selected the Finish option for source documents. 

Firm users can mark the organizer as Completed, which will prevent them from continuing to edit the organizer. 

What We Recommend: 

Ensure that all client requests are Closed by Firm once the organizer is Completed and the source document status shows Finished. This is to prevent additional document uploads. This is a great step to complete after all documents have been downloaded before archiving a Gather request. This will ensure no new documents or edits go unnoticed.
