SafeSend Gather and Organizers - Unable to Deliver

Situation: Some firms are reporting they are unable to deliver Gather requests or Organizers. There may be an error message or a screen flash. 

Workarounds: Special characters like currency symbols in the Message from Preparer section are causing an error when attempting to deliver. Dashes or quotation marks that were copy/pasted into the template may also cause this issue.

This message can be edited in the Delivery section during processing, or by a System Admin in your Saved Messages settings section.
