Other Documents Upload
In Gather AI, clients are uploading documents in the Other Documents section instead of as part of their DRL. When clients do this, it does not show on the status tracking and still shows that 0 documents are uploaded. As a result, we have no way of tracking these client uploads in the system. There needs to be a way within the tracking to indicate that documents have been uploaded even if they were not part of the DRL. This has resulted in a lot of extra work for our team and has made the entire process very challenging from a tracking perspective.

The analyzing of what "other" documents there are, is a real problem.
We agree - we need to see a total document count, not just requested, on the reports.
