GatherAi Organizer Download
When using GatherAi to deliver organizer generated by tax software, the clients do not have the option to download the organizer unless they click complete. If delivered the same way via safesend organizers, clients can download their own organizer at any time. About a dozen clients have asked how to download the gatherai organizer. Please make them capable of downloading at any time.

I also submitted a request for this feature and was told to comment in the community topics about it when I saw this. We have had many clients wanting to print out the organizer to look over before filling out on screen. They should be able to download and/or print the organizer out at any time during the process and not have to Finish the Organizer just for us to then reopen it.
We have gotten the same request several times so far this season. I was surprised that such a simple feature was not carried over from the Organizers platform. We need an option for clients to download a copy of the blank organizer if they want to.
We have had several clients who have wanted to download the tax organizer before it is completed.
I agree with this. I have had many clients asking to download or have a paper copy of their organizer to get their documents and thoughts together before they complete the process online. Which makes sense as the process online is NOT easy to move in and out of quickly or efficiently.
We have also received the same request from many of our clients.
Our firm has also had clients requesting this.
