SafeSend Gather - Unable to Access Client View or Client Experience

Situation: Some firms are reporting they are unable to use the Client View option in the Action menu. The screen flashes, and the Client View does not open, or an Internal Server Error appears. 

Some clients are reporting that they are unable to move through their Gather request. They see a 504 error. 

Our Development team is aware of this issue and is working to resolve it as quickly as possible.
