Gather - Custom Status column for internal sorting
A column to add our own status markers to search gather requests.
ie. Project in prep, Project not started, Project in review etc...
And the ability to sort by total number of documents uploaded rather than percentage of items recognized by the AI.

Yes, and I would love the ability to assign client to particular people. Sorting has been a total mess!
I echo both comments. Sorting has been an absolute mess for our team this year. A custom field for notes that appears in the grid would be helpful.
Also, the requested documents column status needs to be improved. If a client clicks finished uploading the status remains, so if they go and upload additional documents, we have no idea. We have 2,000+ clients so receiving an email doesn't tell us if these are additional documents or new.
I agree, the lack of a custom column in Gather is a serious shortcoming in the software.
