System says the link was opened but wont send a new link because link not opened - FIX THIS PLEASE!!!!!
So sick of having to recall and redeliver returns to get the access link to the client. The system is broken and won't resend link because they haven't opened the initial link when the tracking plainly show they have. So tired of client complaints asking why we are using this service when it is so bad!

Resend Access Link is a tool used to send a link to the client after they have completed signature. This option will not be available while the item is in Awaiting status (or Partially Signed when sending to the second signer).
To send a link to the client who has not signed, you should use Send Reminder!
