SafeSend Returns - Returns with Extension Forms Recognized as Extensions
Situation: When a return is uploaded that also includes an extension form, the item is being recognized as an extension rather than a return. This was due to a recent update.
Workaround: Remove extension forms from the return print and reupload. If needed, extension forms can be added as attachments during processing. This is a temporary solution while we investigate.
Status: Our Development team is aware of this issue and are working to resolve it as quickly as possible.
