SafeSend Returns - Client View or Taxpayer Experience Loading/Displaying Errors
Situation: Some firms are reporting that the Client View feature is not loading or displaying a 502/504 error.
Some taxpayers are reporting that their return is not loading or displaying an internal server error/error fetching details.
Workaround: Clear your cache/cookies, ensure your browser is up to date, or try a different browser if possible.
Status: Our Development team is aware of this issue and is working to resolve it as quickly as possible.
