Yes, this is necessary for our firm to use the custom questionnaire. Since it cannot be printed, viewed, or reopened, we have to go back to the default questionnaire.

I don't think there is an option to do that now. I even tried to do html text formatting and got an error so I'd love to see this feature added as well
