The backdoor way into the client portal on the firm side is not efficient.  Please add a menu button at the main level for Client Portal.

I agree.  It causes a lot of wasted time. Clients think they are done and then we call asking them to click Finish.  Possibly change the names of the buttons.  Have a (Save and Complete Later) and ...
