Good morning Kristen. DRL requests can be sent to multiple recipients at a time. You will enter each recipient into the "To" Field when creating a new request. I have included a screenshot below.

Hi Kelly. For Exchange items, you have the ability to Cancel Transfer so that you redact the item that was sent out, similar to cancelling an item in Signatures. I hope this helps!
