Organizers - Fully customizable dynamic questionnaire
The organizers from tax preparation products are outdated. Software companies are trying to listen to us, but have fallen woefully short. Vendors like Soroban have done a good job of taking the organizer experience to the next level. I would love to see SafeSend offer a more customizable organizer process. If they can do something like Soroban, it would really take this suite to the next level.

Thank you all for the additional input! We've added this to our Product track for review. We do our best to take these suggestions and turn them into actionable items for future releases but we always appreciate hearing how to improve our product!
I have not used or had a demo of Soroban, but I think the customized question section in SafeSend needs updating. The Yes/No questions should also have a N/A or Not Sure option. Nesting questions should be able to go deeper. There should be a place for us to put instructions or more explanation.
In addition, if you ask a question that requires an upload we should be able to give them a place to upload it as part of the questionnaire. For example, if they have a new dependent the questionnaire can prompt them to upload the new dependent information.
It also bothers me that we have to upgrade to Gather to be able to send questionnaires without an organizer. That feature should be part of the Organizer module.
