I would like to see the document requests integrated with the custom questionnaires. For example: Did you receive any W-2's? Client answers yes They are prompted to upload their W-2's

I agree. I have to spend too much time adding missed documents to the request list. SafeSend needs to ask for volunteers to test new features before they roll them out to all customers.

I agree. I turned off portals for this reason.The access portal link needs to be relocated away from action link.

It also bothers me that we have to upgrade to Gather to be able to send questionnaires without an organizer. That feature should be part of the Organizer module.
