Gather Welcome Screen Clarification Requested
In the first welcome screen the clients see, there is a sentence in the "message from your CPA" that should be changed to clarify where the link is for the clients to click on. It currently says "Click on the link below...", however it would be clearer if it said, "Click on the green "Get Started" button to the left..."

Thank you for your post. The CPA verbiage has been removed from the landing page for Gather.
You can edit the text on this landing page in the Delivery section during processing. You can also create templates for this message under Settings > Saved Messages (https://safesendgather.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/31138745648787-Settings-Saved-Messages).
