SafeSend Portal

A LOT of our clients are getting confused between the "lets get started" button and the "Client portal" button. They are thinking the client portal is the organizer and then when they go to log in and it says they have not been setup they get very confused and we receive a call. This has happened many many times. Can the portal button be moved so it is not close to the "lets get started" button? Can there be a different way to access the portal instead of the same email for the organizer and engagement letter?

  • AGREE!  Not just with Engagement Letters, but with all SafeSend emails. We've had to filter tons of these calls.

    We also get calls because they try to fill in the log in credentials when they've never created the "portal" so they get an error message. They call us and we have to first figure out if they are talking about the CCH Portal or SS Portal and then work from there. 

    Very confusing with the buttons being so close together!

  • We are having the same issue with clients clicking on the client portal link and then calling us because it isn't clear that they need to set up a portal before they can advance.

  • Yes, us too. They don't realize when they get to the portal page they need to Sign Up for the portal and not just enter their Email ID.

  • I agree. I turned off portals for this reason.The access portal link needs to be relocated away from action link.
