Organizers Timing Out

I understand why a module would time out and sign you off after a period of inactivity, and I have no issues with that.  What I DO have issues with is Organizers timing out and logging me off while I'm ACTIVELY downloading file.  I literally just had it shut down on me after I send a client's files to "My Downloads", and had to log back in all over again.  It's a huge time waste, please fix it ASAP.

    Hello Kshitija,

Thank you for posting! Our Development team is aware of this issue and they are currently working to resolve it. I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.

In the meantime, changing filters or performing other actions will prevent the system from timing out.

  • Yes! This will happen to me in returns in the middle of processing or reviewing a return which is crazy!

  • This keeps happening to me too in returns and organizers. I'm actively doing things and it logs me off. This CAN NOT happen. It absolutely needs to be fixed.

  • Every day, multiple times per day.  Reached out to support and they had me delete cookies, cache, everything and it's still happening while I'm actively using it.

  • It happened to me while I was creating a custom questionnaire. I spent an hour working on it and when I tried to save it, I had been logged out in the background. Support recommended saving my work as I go. I told them that answer was unacceptable. I should at least get a prompt that I am about to be logged out.

I think it has something to do with SafeSend opening each module in its own window. For example, if you have SafeSend Returns open in one window and SafeSend Gather open in another window, the module you are not working in will timeout, which logs you out of all modules.
