Agree! Additionally, if you request documents in the custom questionnaire, they are included in the "pending list" even if the client answers "No" to the question. Very confusing!

This is definitely an issue for our firm as well! We are using SurePrep for the first time this year and it significantly slows down a process that should go very quickly.

Agree! The other downfall of the "workaround" is that there is no "button" for the client to click on to take them to the IRS payment web page like there is when there is a federal voucher included.

Absolutely agree with this! Additionally, it would be nice if the copy of their answers that we get used a bigger font for the client's answers - particularly the "yes" answers!
