Client Confusion on Organizer Section of Gather
We have had several clients call in (in the last 2 days!) to say they are confused about how to navigate through the Organizer. Many of them keep hitting the "NEXT" button at the bottom of the screen thinking it will take them to the next PAGE of the Organizer, which of course it doesn't.
It may be helpful to make the page arrows (<< < > >>) and page # box larger or labeled "Organizer Page Navigation". Additionally, maybe the big NEXT box should say NEXT SECTION to differentiate it.
Please consider some way to make this clearer. Thanks a bunch!

We are having the same issue with our clients. Please clarify or change the name of the 'NEXT' button so it is clear to our clients that the button will complete the organizer.
Not one single client understands that Next actually means complete, and why would they. The "Next" button should be changed to say "Complete".
This is a follow up to my original post as we continue to have problems with clients understanding how to navigate through Gather. We are struggling to understand why they are having more issues this year, since it is our 2nd year using SafeSend - we expected it to go smoother. I did a little sleuthing and I found when going back and using the "Organizer" feature instead of "Gather AI", is that Organizer's navigation buttons are clearer as the options are, "Save & Continue Later" or "Finish". See below.
I request that Gather AI use the same "buttons" as are in "Organizer" to assist clients in navigating.
Preferably, we'd like the page buttons on the bottom right.
The "Next" button should show whatever the next step is:
The "Save & Continue Later" button as well as the button that moves the client on to the next section/closes and completes each section, should be moved to the top area (top right, maybe).
We are getting calls on that as well as people not being able to see the very light circles next to the Yes and No buttons in the questionnaire. They are clicking on the words Yes and No and nothing happens and then they call us thinking something is wrong. It would be great if the outlines of those circles could be darker/more pronounced.
Absolutely agree with this!
Additionally, it would be nice if the copy of their answers that we get used a bigger font for the client's answers - particularly the "yes" answers!
Even better is if they would list the yes/no in columns down the side of the page like paper organizers are. Then the staff can glance easily and see the answers easily.
