Prior to 2025 I think both the taxpayer and spouse received the estimated payment reminders because they both showed up on the reminder report. Not sure why it changed but I noticed the spouse does...

I agree with Ruth Moyer that this should be an option that can be turned on/off by firms if it is implemented because some firms may be okay with it.
